    1. @Nabil Zian I have heard off a few people that have worked at the Latvia studios that they employ tricks on certain games at irregular times and control games during busy and quiet times so that the data they produce for there Gambling licences is still legit ie manipulate game during busy period so players loose and then manipulate the game during quiet periods to so the house looses more often so that they make more profit in the longer term, and this balances out the data presented to the regulators with win and loss ration being balanced.
